    Your Initial Consultation

    • You’ll meet one-on-one with your surgeon to discuss your goals and concerns

    • Your surgeon will assess your anatomy to determine the best implant type, size, and placement for your body

    • You’ll review incision options for your implants, including:

      • Periareolar: Located at the lower border of the areola (colored part surrounding the nipple)

      • Inframammary: Located directly underneath the breast, in the fold between the breast and the chest wall

      • Transaxillary: Located in a crease in the armpit

    Procedure Day

    • Your procedure typically takes about 1–2 hours and is performed in our private, in-clinic surgical suite

    • You’ll be placed under anesthesia to keep you comfortable throughout the surgery

    • Your surgeon will make precise incisions and carefully place your implants based on your personalized plan

    • You’ll go home the same day with aftercare instructions and support from your care team

    • First 3–5 days: You’ll rest and manage swelling and tightness with medication.

    • Week 1: You’ll start feeling more like yourself as swelling subsides. Light movement is encouraged.

    • Weeks 2–4: You can return to most daily activities, including work, while avoiding strenuous exercise or heavy lifting.

    • 1–3 months: Your implants begin to settle into a more natural position as your shape continues to refine.

    • 3–6 months: Your final results become visible as your breasts soften and fully adjust to their new contour.
