These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Impressions Face + Body website (the “Site”) and your engagement of our services. By using this Site, scheduling an appointment, or receiving treatment, you accept these Terms & Conditions in full. If you disagree with these Terms & Conditions or any part of them, you must not use this Site.

1. Services Offered

Impressions Face + Body offers a range of surgical and non-surgical aesthetic treatments, which may include injectables, skin care and facial treatments, laser treatments, body contouring, and surgical procedures. Our providers will work with you to develop a treatment plan tailored to your individual needs. Specific treatments and pricing are subject to change without notice.

2. Appointment, Deposit, and Refund Policies

Cancellations: If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice so we can accommodate other clients and manage our schedule efficiently.
No-Show Appointments: If you miss a scheduled appointment without the required notice, a rebooking deposit may be required before any further appointments are scheduled.
Deposits: Certain treatments and procedures may require a deposit to secure your appointment. Where required, the deposit is applied toward the total cost of your treatment and may be non-refundable; the applicable terms will be communicated to you at the time of booking.
Refunds: In most cases, we do not offer refunds for services rendered or for products purchased. If you have concerns about a service you have received, we ask that you discuss them with us directly.

3. Risks, Benefits, and Informed Consent

All aesthetic procedures carry inherent risks. During your consultation, our providers will discuss the potential risks, benefits, side effects, and alternatives associated with your chosen treatment. Individual results vary, and it is important to maintain realistic expectations regarding outcomes. Before undergoing any procedure, you will be required to provide informed consent, acknowledging that you understand the procedure and its potential risks, benefits, and alternatives. Please ask any questions you may have before signing a consent form.

4. No Medical Advice

Nothing on this Site constitutes, or is meant to constitute, advice of any kind, and the content on this Site does not constitute medical advice. It is not a substitute for professional consultation, diagnosis, or treatment. If you require advice in relation to any legal, financial, or medical matter, you should consult an appropriate professional.

5. License to Use Website

Unless otherwise stated, Impressions Face + Body and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights in the Site and the material on the Site. Subject to the license below, all these intellectual property rights are reserved. You may view, download for caching purposes only, and print pages and forms from the Site for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set out below and elsewhere in these Terms & Conditions.

6. You Must Not

Sell, rent, or sub-license material from the Site;

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information or mobile information with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in data and consent will not be shared with third parties.

If Impressions Face + Body provides you with a user ID and password to enable you to access restricted areas or other content, you must ensure that they are kept confidential. Impressions Face + Body may disable your user ID and password at its sole discretion without notice or explanation.

In these Terms & Conditions, “your user content” means material (including text, images, audio, video, and audio-visual material) that you submit to this Site, for whatever purpose. You grant to Impressions Face + Body a worldwide, irrevocable, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute your user content in any existing or future media, together with the right to sub-license these rights and to bring an action for infringement of these rights.

Your user content must not be illegal or unlawful, must not infringe any third party’s legal rights, and must not be capable of giving rise to legal action whether against you, Impressions Face + Body, or a third party. Impressions Face + Body reserves the right to edit or remove any material submitted to, stored on, hosted on, or published upon this Site. Impressions Face + Body does not undertake to monitor the submission or publication of such content.

10. No Warranties

This Site is provided “as is” without any representations or warranties, express or implied. Impressions Face + Body makes no representations or warranties in relation to this Site or the information and materials provided on it. Without limiting the foregoing, Impressions Face + Body does not warrant that the Site will be constantly available, or available at all, or that the information on the Site is complete, true, accurate, or non-misleading.

11. Limitations of Liability

Impressions Face + Body will not be liable to you (whether under the law of contract, the law of tort, or otherwise) in relation to the contents of, the use of, or otherwise in connection with this Site: to the extent the Site is provided free of charge, for any direct loss; for any indirect, special, or consequential loss; or for any business losses, loss of revenue, income, profits, or anticipated savings, loss of contracts or business relationships, loss of reputation or goodwill, or loss or corruption of information or data. These limitations apply even if Impressions Face + Body has been expressly advised of the potential loss.

12. Exceptions

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions will exclude or limit any warranty implied by law that it would be unlawful to exclude or limit, and nothing will exclude or limit Impressions Face + Body’s liability in respect of any death or personal injury caused by Impressions Face + Body’s negligence, any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation on the part of Impressions Face + Body, or any matter which it would be illegal or unlawful for Impressions Face + Body to exclude or limit its liability.

13. Indemnity

You hereby indemnify Impressions Face + Body and undertake to keep Impressions Face + Body indemnified against any losses, damages, costs, liabilities, and expenses (including legal expenses and any amounts paid in settlement of a claim) incurred or suffered by Impressions Face + Body arising out of any breach by you of any provision of these Terms & Conditions, or arising out of any claim that you have breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.

14. Breaches of These Terms & Conditions

Without prejudice to Impressions Face + Body’s other rights, if you breach these Terms & Conditions in any way, Impressions Face + Body may take such action as it deems appropriate to deal with the breach, including suspending your access to the Site, prohibiting you from accessing the Site, blocking computers using your IP address from accessing the Site, contacting your internet service provider to request that they block your access, and/or bringing court proceedings against you.

15. Variation

Impressions Face + Body may revise these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Revised Terms & Conditions will apply to the use of this Site from the date of their publication on the Site. Please check this page regularly to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

16. Assignment

Impressions Face + Body may transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with its rights and/or obligations under these Terms & Conditions without notifying you or obtaining your consent. You may not transfer, sub-contract, or otherwise deal with your rights and/or obligations under these Terms & Conditions.

17. Severability

If a provision of these Terms & Conditions is determined by any court or other competent authority to be unlawful and/or unenforceable, the other provisions will continue in effect. If any unlawful and/or unenforceable provision would be lawful or enforceable if part of it were deleted, that part will be deemed deleted, and the rest of the provision will continue in effect.

18. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Illinois.

19. Entire Agreement

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between you and Impressions Face + Body in relation to your use of this Site and supersede all previous agreements in respect of your use of this Site.
